Introduction
At Daroodi Ltd., securing your financial data and ensuring transparent transactions is our highest priority. We adhere strictly to global financial compliance standards, working exclusively with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) approved banking partners.
“Your trust is paramount. Every transaction on Daroodi is encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant, and processed through secure, regulated banking channels.”
1. Secure Payment Processing & Bank Al Falah Partnership
- Merchant Partner: All credit/debit card transactions are processed securely through our merchant account with Bank Al Falah, a leading financial institution regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
- PCI-DSS Compliance: Our payment gateway is fully PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. This means your sensitive card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
- 3D Secure Authentication: We utilize 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, etc.) to prevent unauthorized card usage, ensuring your transaction is protected against fraud.
2. Accepted Currencies & Methods
- Currencies: We primarily process international transactions in USD ($) and GBP (£). Depending on your location, transactions may also be processed in EUR (€) or AED (د.إ).
- Credit/Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Bank Transfers (Wire Transfers): For large bespoke orders exceeding $2,000, or institutional/commissioned orders, we highly recommend direct Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfers to avoid international card processing holds. Our bank details will be provided upon request via official Daroodi letterhead.
3. Payment Schedule for Bespoke Orders
Due to the nature of made-to-order luxury goods, we implement a structured payment schedule:
- Orders Under $1,000: 100% payment is required upfront to commence production.
- Orders Over $1,000: A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure raw materials and artisan time. The remaining 50% balance is required before the garment is dispatched for shipping.
- Institutional/Bulk Orders: Custom payment milestones will be outlined in your commission agreement.
4. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
Please read carefully: A chargeback is when a client contacts their bank to reverse a transaction. Because Daroodi provides bespoke, made-to-order luxury goods, we take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously to protect our artisans and our merchant account.
- Communication First: If you are unsatisfied with a transaction or a delivery delay, you must contact Daroodi Client Care first before contacting your bank. We are committed to resolving all valid concerns.
- Winning Disputes: By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and Bespoke Policy, you acknowledge that garments made to your exact measurements are exempt from standard “item not as described” chargeback claims, provided the garment matches the agreed-upon design and fabric.
- Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks: If a fraudulent chargeback is initiated (e.g., claiming the item was not received after signing for it, or claiming you did not authorize a bespoke order), Daroodi will contest the chargeback with Bank Al Falah using your signed delivery receipts, order communications, and bespoke agreement. Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and being blacklisted from future Daroodi purchases.
5. State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Compliance
As a legitimate export business based in Pakistan, all foreign remittances processed through Bank Al Falah are strictly monitored by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). This ensures complete financial transparency, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and full supply chain traceability for your order.
