Introduction

Welcome to Daroodi Ltd. By accessing our website and purchasing our handcrafted luxury garments, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order, as they form a legally binding contract between you and Daroodi Ltd.

“By commissioning a Daroodi garment, you enter into a binding agreement that honors the time, heritage, and resources of our master artisans. These terms ensure a fair, transparent, and secure partnership.”

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using daroodi.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices are displayed in USD ($) and GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the cost of premium raw materials (e.g., silk velvet, Swarovski crystals, metallic threads).
  • The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of order confirmation. Daroodi reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the website; if an error occurs, we will inform you before proceeding and offer the option to cancel.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on daroodi.com—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, embroidery design templates, images, and software—is the intellectual property of Daroodi Ltd. and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written consent. Copying our bespoke embroidery designs for manufacturing by a third party is strictly prohibited.

4. Order Acceptance & Communication

  • Placing an order on our website constitutes an “offer” to purchase. Daroodi reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Official communication regarding your order will be conducted via the email address provided at checkout or via official WhatsApp correspondence. Daroodi will not be held liable for missed communications due to incorrect contact details or emails entering your spam folder.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Daroodi Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This is the most critical clause for international clients.

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, your order, or the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan.
  • By purchasing from Daroodi, international clients expressly waive any right to initiate legal proceedings in their local jurisdictions (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, EU, UAE) and agree to resolve disputes under Pakistani law in Bahawalpur.

7. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Changes to Terms

Daroodi Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
